Sehr gerne trinke ich den Matcha Latte mit Collagen Creamer als Kaffeeersatz oder als Iced Matcha Latte. Er ist sehr köstlich im Gesxhmack. Die 10g-Portion eignet sich gut zum Mitnehmen.

Auch die 2.Lieferung war hervorragend und super schnell im Versand. Matcha Tee als Gratis Zugabe kam sehr gut an und auch im Sommer mit Zugabe von Zitrone ein schönes Getränk. Im Winter allerdings läßt es sich heiß richtig gut zeremonieren.

Ich habe schon so einige Matcha probiert, aber dieser Matcha ist mit Abstand der Beste. Er ist sehr fein und mild im Geschmack. Er tut mir sehr gut, da ich immer wieder mit zu hohen Cortisol-Werten zu kämpfen habe, aber sehr gerne grüne Tee trinken. Vielen Dank für diesen leckeren Matcha!
Eine so tolle Qualität!
Ich habe den Matcha ausprobiert weil ich kein Kaffee mehr vertrage und muss sagen bin positiv überrascht. Der Tee hat eine knallige Farbe was schon auf die Qualität hinweist sofern man ein kleines Grundwissen über Matcha hat. Geschmack ist sehr mild und angenehm. Keine anschließende Übelkeit wie beim Kaffee. Als Matcha Latte mega lecker! Werde definitiv eine größere Packung kaufen!

Our organic matcha comes from Japan and is made from the leaves of the first harvest. The tea leaves are hand-picked, gently steamed, and traditionally stone-ground into an exceptionally fine powder using granite mills. What does ceremonial grade mean for matcha?
Ceremonial grade stands for particularly high-quality Matcha from the first harvest. The young tea leaves ensure a mild, balanced taste, an intense green color, and a fine texture. This makes this Matcha suitable for both the classic tea ceremony and for Matcha Latte or Iced Matcha.
How do you properly prepare matcha?
Put about ½ teaspoon (approx. 1 g) of matcha into a bowl and add about 80 ml of water at a temperature of approx. 70 °C. Then, whisk the matcha until frothy using a bamboo matcha whisk. You can then enjoy it as is, or top it up with hot water or your favorite plant-based milk to make a creamy matcha latte.
Can the organic matcha also be enjoyed as a matcha latte?
Yes. The organic matcha is perfect for a creamy matcha latte. After frothing, you can simply combine it with warm or frothed plant-based milk or regular milk. It also tastes excellent as an iced matcha or in smoothies.
