Easter is just around the corner and we have a recipe for matcha Easter eggs for you.
The homemade white chocolate, made from all natural ingredients, goes perfectly with our bright green organic matcha.

Ingredients (for about 25-30 small Easter egg halves):
50g cocoa butter
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp yacon or maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp Inner Sparkle matcha powder
Preparation:
1. Place the cocoa butter and cashew butter in a water bath and let them melt while stirring.
2. Add the syrup and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until creamy. Remove the pan from the heat.
3. Add the matcha powder through a fine sieve to the remaining ingredients. Mix everything with a whisk. Stir vigorously, as it takes some time for the matcha powder to blend with the remaining ingredients.
4. Divide the mixture into small silicone molds and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the mixture to set. Then carefully remove the Easter eggs from the molds and enjoy.
Store the matcha Easter eggs in the refrigerator.
