Creamy Matcha Banana Milk – Delicious & Refreshing

This creamy matcha banana milk is the perfect combination of natural ingredients that will give you an energy boost while providing refreshment. The sweet banana meets the slightly bitter taste of matcha, while oat milk and vanilla provide a pleasant creaminess. The drink is prepared in 2 minutes and tastes incredibly delicious.

Ingredients (for one glass):
1 banana
150ml oat milk
1/3 tsp ground vanilla
2 bamboo spoons full of matcha (or ½ tsp matcha)


Preparation:
Peel the banana and place it in a blender along with the milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Put the matcha and 80ml of water into a bowl or mixing bowl and mix everything in a Z-motion with the whisk.
Pour the banana milk into a glass and top with the matcha. Optionally, add ice cubes.
