Our philosophy
We create 100% natural dietary supplements. This means our products are made from organic ingredients and contain no fillers or additives. They are also vegan, gluten-free, free of heavy metals and pesticides, and are all produced in Germany.
We harness the full power of nature with the precious herbs it provides. Many of the herbs and superfoods we use have been part of Ayurvedic phytotherapy (plant medicine) for thousands of years and are integral to a holistically healthy lifestyle. We know from our own experience how powerful they can be and how much they can support our well-being in everyday life. After all, we are all part of nature, and nature supports us in finding our individual balance.
The name " Inner Sparkle " was inspired by the phrase " Health and beauty comes from within ," meaning something like "to shine/sparkle from within." We hope our products will help you find your own balance.
The founder
I'm Katharina, a nutritional therapist, holistic Ayurvedic nutritionist and health coach, author, and the founder of Inner Sparkle. I'm so glad you're visiting us. The company Inner Sparkle was born out of my own story. For years, I suffered from severe digestive problems, skin problems, and joint pain. I experienced firsthand the profound impact that what we eat every day has on our bodies and our health.
A predominantly plant-based diet, meditation, and herbs have helped me greatly in regaining my health. I've been sharing my passion for a healthy lifestyle, an anti-inflammatory diet, Ayurveda, and herbs for several years on social media, my blog, podcast, and in my books. After some time, this led me to create my own powerful everyday helpers, made from high-quality ingredients that can provide holistic support. A great deal of love, passion, and knowledge go into every product and every recipe.
