Recommended intake
For the classic golden milk:
Heat 200ml of your favorite plant-based drink. Add 1 teaspoon of Golden Milk powder and mix well. Pour the liquid into a cup and enjoy.
We've omitted any added sugar or artificial sweeteners from this spice mix. This gives the mix a slightly spicy flavor. Optionally, you can add a sweetener of your choice at the end to sweeten the milk.
You can also add the spice mix to smoothies, porridge, yogurt or pastries.
